Shipping

We ship to the United States and Internationally. 

There is a one week lead time for printing on art. Allow 10 business days for printing and shipping. Contact us to request expedited production if needed. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.

BLKCORAL BOTANICALS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items. 

International Shipping

If any higher international cost is found to be required at the time of mailing, you will be contacted by email for your approval to add extra cost.

By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. BLKCORAL BOTANICALS is not responsible for these additional costs.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it. We will need detailed images of the package exterior and shipping labels to process a claim with the carrier.
